The geo-cluster facility is administered by Techsquare, if you have problems using the system you can contact the systems administration team. The easiest way to contact the team is via e-mail at geo-admin@techsquare.com. The current primary systems support team a Greg Shomo and Scott Blomquist who both work for Techsquare.
