Hi Irina,

Everyone who gets an account on the ACES system automatically gets
subscribed to the ACES-support email list.

The idea is to build a community where users can help each other.
Problems encountered by one ACES user are likely to encountered by
others.  By having everyone one the same list, it makes it easy for all
to be contacted and to help each other out.  A substantial part of the
ACES work is done on a _volunteer_ basis so please consider doing
whatever you can to help your fellow users.

And if you simply can't stand the email, then you can always
un-subscribe by following the links at the bottom of every email.
