Hi Alan,
Storage is on the /net/ds-0? devices; you create your own directories on
these scratch disks. See "storage" on the acesgrid.org website as I believe
some of this space is reserved for particular groups.
If I remember right, ds-09 is over 4 terabytes total and has filled up
rather quickly over the past few weeks, so i'm wondering if one user has
managed to create some sort of runaway job...
