[Aces-support] Cannot log on to ao

Good morning -

I am trying to log in to ao.acesgrid.org.  I get prompted for the passphrase for
my key, then upon entering it I am prompted for my password.  This continues
until the attempts time out and gives me "Permission Denied".

If I try the same thing on itrda.acesgrid.org, the key passphrase is rejected,
but the password was accepted but the connection is very very slooooowwww. 
Once it finally gave me some information that my login was "successful", I
immediately got "Could not chdir to home directory /home/timw: No such file or
directory".

It's certainly possible that I am just incorrectly entering my password every
single time but it seems highly unlikely.
