[Aces-support] planned shutdown (electrical work)

hello aces-

we have to poweroff geo and it's compute
nodes friday afternoon for a double power-outage
on saturday (both early in the morning and 
then a second outage after supper). 

i would like to power down geo at 1600 on 
friday and we'll bring it back up on monday
morning.
