The ACES technical support team holds a weekly office hours session usually in:
54-1427 between 11AM and midday every Tuesday.
and changes in time or location are announced by emails to the ACES-support list.
These sessions are for anybody who needs help getting started with the system to come and bring their problems. The ACES technical support team includes staff from the main Earth science areas participating in ACES who have extensive knowledge of the ACES system and on Earth science applicaitons.
Help is often provided on a volunteer basis, so please respect our time. Its always a good idea to send an email beforehand ("During office hours tomorrow, I'd like help with...") as a reminder.
